CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and pounded thin
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. soft low calorie butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 slices Weight Watchers Swiss Cheese
2 slices Weight Watchers Honey Ham
1 well beaten eggs
1 c. bread crumbs, add a little paprika
1/2 to 1 c. dry white wine

Spread low calorie butter on one side of each breast. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cut cheese and ham in half and put 1/2 slice of each in center of each piece of chicken. Roll up, tucking in ends to seal (use toothpicks to hold if necessary). Roll in eggs, then crumbs. Put in greased baking dish. You can refrigerate at this point. When ready to bake, heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Pour wine over all, bake 15 minutes more, basting often. Serves 4.
