1 pkg. Oreo cookies (3 rows)
1 stick butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/8 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk

Crush cookies (filling and all); mix with melted butter. Save some for top of cake. Put cookies in pan. Press down, then chill. Soften cream cheese and mix with 8 ounces Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on crust and chill.

Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk only. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture; top with the other 8-ounce carton of Cool Whip. Top with leftover cookie mixture.
