OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2-3 1/2 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken into evaporated milk, coat with cheese mixture. Place skin side up in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, drizzle with melted butter. Bake until golden brown, approximately 1 hour. 6 servings.
