BAKED EGGS (SULT-TOJAS) 
1 3/4 c. thick sour cream
1/3 c. fine dry brad crumbs
1/4 c. butter, cut in small pieces
6 eggs
1/3 c. grated cheese of choice

Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place in casserole 1 1/4 cups sour cream and 1/2 of butter. Then 1/2 of crumbs. Break 1 egg at a time and slip down the side of dish. Carefully average butter, sour cream, and crumbs over eggs. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
