BAKED EGGS 
8 slices white bread, cut off crusts & cut in cubes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. milk
Onion flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Put bread cubes in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs with melted butter and milk and pour over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning sprinkle with onion flakes. Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9"x13" casserole. This is nice for brunches or company breakfasts because it's made the night before.
