SEA FOOD CORN BAKE 
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Coleman's Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups cooked fish, fresh or frozen (imitation OK)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch casserole dish.

Topping:

1 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Sprinkle casserole with buttered bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.

Serves 4.
