CHICKEN BROTH IN VERMOUTH 
1/4 c. dry vermouth
1 tbsp. rosemary, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. undiluted frozen orange juice
3 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved

Combine vermouth, orange juice, butter and seasonings. Pour over breasts. Marinate several hours or overnight. Grill over low heat 12-15 minutes. Raise heat during last few minutes to brown.
