MARINATED BEEF TIPS | |
3 lb. flank steak or top sirloin, cut in cubes or strips 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. garlic salt 2 c. cooking sherry 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. Worcestershire sauce Combine above ingredients, pour over meat. Marinate overnight. If too spicy, dilute. Broil for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally. |
