BEEF-PASTA SKILLET 
1 lb. round steak, 1/2 inch thick
Flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 lg. onion, quartered
3 sprigs parsley
2 c. shell macaroni, cooked

Cover steak with flour and pound well with back of heavy knife; turn and repeat, then cut in 8 pieces. Brown in hot butter in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients, except macaroni, in blender. Whirl until blended and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add macaroni and heat. Serves 4.
