SOUR CREAM TACOS 
Onion
3 sm. jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pt. Half & Half
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
Fritos

Slowly saute onion and peppers in a tiny bit of oil. Add vinegar to Half & Half. Add Half & Half, tomatoes, and cheese to onion and peppers. Cook slowly until smooth (it may look curdled at first). Crunch up Fritos, covering bottom of baking dish. Add mixture. Stir and bake until consistency to eat. You can add a little milk if it is too thick or Fritos if it is too thin.
