2-3 c. leftover mashed potatoes 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 egg Add enough flour and milk to make a pancake consistency (approximately 1/4 cup flour and 3 tablespoons milk). Add more flour, if you like thick cakes. Add more milk for thin cakes. Serve with maple syrup. |
