PEA SALAD | |
1 can peas, drained 2 c. celery, diced 1 sm. jar red pimentos 1/2 c. onion, cut fine 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1 c. pickles, chopped, sweet dill or hamburger slice pickles 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar 1 c. sugar Stir and mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving. It will keep for long time in the refrigerator. A can of green beans can also be used instead of peas. |
