CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg

Mix together well in a large bowl. Pour into a prepared 9 x 11 glass baking dish.

Bake at 350°F until a pick inserted in center comes out clean (about 1 hour).
