CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lb. fresh ground cranberries
2 apples, unpeeled (ground)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix all together and add 2 cups sugar to the above; let stand 30 minutes.

Mix 2 small or 1 large raspberry jello with 2 cups hot water. Add 1 cup cold water; let cool until thickened. Mix jello with cranberry mixture. Place in large glass dish and refrigerate until jelled. Cut in squares. May be garnished with whipped cream or imo (sour cream); add chopped nuts (optional).
