ORANGE SOY SAUCE 
1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, slivered (bud)
3 slices (about size of a quarter) ginger root

Combine all ingredients. Simmer about 5 minutes. Use to baste cornish hens every 15 minutes.
