SOY LEMON SAUCE 
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. Butter Buds (liquid)
2 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toast the flour in a non-stick pan. Add the spices. Then add the liquids gradually while stirring. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
