1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix dry ingredients. Stir soy sauce and prepared mustard until blended; add cider, ketchup, and oil; mix together with dry ingredients. Great on chicken, ribs, chops, and steaks!
