TURTLE 
CAKE:

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. Eagle Brand

FILLING:

1 lb. bag caramels
1/2 c. Eagle Brand
1 c. chopped pecans

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: Mix all ingredients and pour 1/2 mix in greased pan and cook at 350, 20-25 minutes.

Filling: Melt caramel and Eagle Brand together. Add nuts. Spread over baked mix and cover with rest of cake mix. Bake 350, 25-35 minutes. Cool.

Icing: Melt butter, cocoa and milk. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Spread over cool cake.
