BUTTERLESS - EGGLESS - MILKLESS
CAKE
 
2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Nuts optional (many as desired)

Boil together first 6 ingredients 5 minutes. When cool mix with flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 inch pan.
