CRUST:

2 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine the 3 ingredients. Mix well. Press into the bottom of an oblong cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine all 3 ingredients. Mix well. Spread on cooled crust.

SECOND LAYER:

3 (3 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

Mix pudding mix and milk together and let stand until firm. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.

THIRD LAYER:

Top with 1 more container of Cool Whip. Slices better after it has been in the refrigerator for several hours.
