ANDREA'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean regular sausage)
4 eggs
1 pkg. crescent rolls
2 c. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk

Butter 9x9 inch casserole dish. Line with rolls. Cook sausage until brown and drain on paper towel. Layer sausage and cheese. Beat milk and eggs with salt and pepper. Pour liquid mixture over contents in dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. You may need to pierce with fork and let liquid flow to other parts of dish until mixture is firm.
