WILL'S TARRAGON CHICKEN 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, boned and cubed
2 bay leaves
1 large onion, cut in slices
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 tbsp. tarragon
1 1/4 tbsp. black pepper
1 c. sour cream
rice or egg noodles

Brown salted chicken with 2 bay leaves and onion cut in slices. The browner the better for flavor. Stir in tarragon and pepper; add flour and chicken broth to thicken. Add sour cream and pour over rice or egg noodles.
