CHICKEN TARRAGON 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 stick butter
Sprinkle of tarragon leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Melt butter and pour over chicken which has been salted and peppered. Sprinkle with tarragon leaves. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Mix sour cream, cheese and 2 tablespoons liquid from chicken. Pour over chicken and return to oven for 15 more minutes, uncovered. Use drippings for gravy over rice or noodles.
