FRENCH COCONUT PIE | |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice Dash salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. can flaked coconut Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs all at one time, and beat. Add lemon juice and vanilla, fold in coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. |
