OVEN-BRAISED WHOLE BABY CARROTS 
1 pkg. whole carrots
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter, melted
1 pkg. chicken broth and seasoning mix
2 tbsp. fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 quart casserole arrange carrots. In small bowl combine ingredients remaining except parsley. Pour over carrots and toss well to coat. Cover casserole and bake until carrots are tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Before serving toss and sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings. 1 serving - 1 1/2 vegetable, 1 fat, 3 optional.
