BAKED WHOLE CHICKEN IN WINE 
1 clove garlic chopped
2 or 3 carrots, sliced
3 or 4 potatoes, cubed
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 c. wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 whole chicken (2 to 4 lbs.)
Salt and pepper

Place whole chicken in cooking bag. Add garlic, carrots, onion, potatoes, green pepper, wine and soy sauce. Lightly salt and pepper. Punch about 5 holes in cooking bag. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let sit about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
