TUNA AND CASHEW CASSEROLE 
3 c. celery, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. milk
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
1 c. cashew nuts

Mix ingredients together saving 1/2 cup chow mein noodles and 1/2 cup cashew nuts. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Add remaining nuts and noodles to the top and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
