TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1 can tuna (chunks) 1/4 lb. cashews, cut in quarters 1 c. celery, cut fine 1/4 c. onions, chopped fine Dash of salt and pepper Set aside 1/2 cup noodles. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine the rest of the ingredients. If cashews are not salted, add more salt. Then sprinkle reserved 1/2 cup of noodles over top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 5 generously. |
