CASHEW BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3 sm. onions, chopped
1 sm. bunch celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. cashew
2 cups chow mein noodles

Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck together with three small chopped onions. Chop and partially cook one small bunch of celery. Mix together with 4 ounces of mushrooms, can of chicken rice soup, cream of mushroom soup, 4 ounces cashews, and 2 cups chow mein noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Add small amount of milk if starts to get dry.)
