JALAPENO CHEESE DIP 
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 pimento stuffed olives, chopped finely
2 or 3 cans jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
12 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with crackers or corn chips.
