JALAPENO CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. block Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can crushed tomatoes
1 handful jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste)

In 2 quart bowl cube Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Add crushed tomatoes and peppers. Microwave 7 to 10 minutes. Stir until well mixed in 3 minute intervals. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
