2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on top

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mix well. Then add the flour, vanilla and baking powder. The batter should be thick.
