MARINARA SAUCE WITH SPAGHETTI 
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. olive oil
2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. white wine

Saute onions in oil until limp. Add tomatoes, pepper, and saute. Simmer for 15 minutes. Bring wine to a boil and add shrimp. Cook about 5 minutes. Add tomato mixture to shrimp along with parsley and cook another 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
