Mix applesauce and cinnamon together to form a ball. Sprinkle cinnamon on the cutting board and roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out with cookie cutters. Use a plastic drinking straw to press a hole which you use for hanging.

Place on cake racks and put in 150 degree oven. Leave the door ajar with a pot holder. Dry 8 hours or overnight.
