BACON AND ONION QUICHE 
10 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
2 beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon until done - drain. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Bake pie shell 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven while preparing ingredients.

Combine cheese and flour - stir in approximately 7 slices of chopped up bacon and onion. Spread in pie crust.

Beat eggs. Add evaporated milk, parsley and seasoned salt and pour into shell over bacon, onion and cheese. Bake until set, about 35 minutes.
