BACON QUICHE | |
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked 1 1/2 c. half & half 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 lb. bacon 1/4 c. onion, grated Fry bacon until crisp. Cool. Drain. Mix half & half, eggs, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, mix Swiss cheese, flour, bacon and onion. Add to liquid mixture. Pour into pie shell, bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving. |
