BACON QUICHE 
6 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (9-inch) pie crust shell, frozen
1 tbsp. flour

Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Drain well.

Beat together eggs, half & half and salt. Stir in crumbled bacon and onion. Toss cheese with flour, and place in frozen pie crust. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake pie on cookie sheet in 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted midway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
