BACON QUICHE 
6 slices bacon
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 eggs
3 c. Half & Half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 deep dish pie crust

Cook bacon crisp. Drain on paper towel and crumble. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Drain well. Beat together eggs, Half & Half and salt. Stir in crumbled bacon and onion. Toss cheese with flour. Place in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over. Bake pie on cookie sheet in 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
