2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
1 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 jar Oscar Meyer bacon, ham or sausage

Mix ingredients except croutons and cheese. Line greased 9 x 13 casserole with croutons. Sprinkle cheese over croutons. Pour mix over croutons and cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
