BACON QUICHE | |
1 pie shell 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated 8 slices bacon 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Pre-bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Fry bacon, crumble to 3/4 cup. Combine eggs, milk, nutmeg, onion, salt, and pepper. Beat well. Sprinkle prebaked pie shell with cheese and bacon; pour in egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 6-8 servings. |
