CORN & BACON PIE 
1 1/2 pt. corn, fresh or frozen
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
7/8 c. milk
Bacon, chopped & uncooked
1 pie crust, unbaked

Cook corn until done; add eggs. Fry the green pepper in the tablespoon of butter and add to corn. Stir in onion, salt, pepper, sugar and milk. Pour into pie crust alternating with layers of bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve as soon as possible after removing from oven. A real man pleaser.
