TUNA BALLS 
2 c. dry bread crumbs in a bowl
1/4 c. chopped parsley (instant or fresh)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 cans of drained tuna
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can beef consomme
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto crushed corn flakes; roll into balls. Drop these into hot grease and cook until brown or put in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
