SHRIMP DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. frozen salad shrimp
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. stuffed green olives, sliced

Whip softened cream cheese with a small amount of catsup. Spread on a large glass plate. Mix shrimp, catsup and horseradish together and spread on cream cheese. Layer the remaining ingredients in order given. Serve with Ritz or Hi-Ho crackers.
