YANKEE SALAD 
20 oz. can pineapple (chunks or crushed)
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
12 oz. carton of Cottage cheese
2 sm. (3 oz.) size orange Jello
8 oz. Cool Whip

Drain pineapple and oranges, add Cottage cheese to pineapple and oranges; sprinkle dry Jello on mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.
