ITALIAN BOMB 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream with fork. Spread on cooled crust and chill.

Mix 1 large package instant chocolate pudding and 2 cups milk. Spread on cream cheese layer and chill 5 minutes.

Mix 1 large package instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk. Spread on chocolate layer and chill 5 minutes.

Frost vanilla top with remainder of Cool Whip carton. Grate Hershey's chocolate bar on top of Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
