Mint leaves

Pack ice cream into a mold - to form a 1 inch layer on sides and bottom. Press a layer of mint leaves against ice cream to cover it completely. Fill the center with orange sherbet to within 1 inch of the top.

Cover with another layer of mint leaves Fill mold with a final layer of ice cream. Place mold in freezer. Just before serving unmold and decorate with additional mint leaves.
