EASY NOODLES AND BROCCOLI 
6 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 bunch broccoli, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 3/4 c. water
2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes or env.

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add noodles, broccoli and garlic and stir frequently until well coated. Add water and bouillon and raise heat so it boils. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook until broccoli and noodles are tender and all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Serves 6.)
