LEMON ICE BOX CAKE 
1 box lemon Jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 lemons, grated & juiced
1 can evaporated milk, chilled & whipped (Milnot evap. milk only)
Vanilla wafers

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Cool, but do not jell. Fold into whipped Milnot milk. Crush vanilla wafers and sprinkle on bottom of pan. Pour in Jello milk mix, sprinkle with more crushed vanilla wafers.
