SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, fry and crumble it, save the grease
2 hard boiled eggs
1 onion
Croutons
Bean sprouts - as garnish
Mushrooms - as garnish
Mozzarella cheese - sprinkle on top for garnish
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 raw egg, beaten

Boil sugar, 1/2 the amount of bacon grease, vinegar, and dry mustard for a short time. Let cool. Add raw egg to cooled mixture and cook over medium heat until thick. Let cool. Mix salad together and pour cooled mixture over top.
