CHICKEN CURRY 
4 c. chicken breasts, boiled & cut in med. pieces
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 or 4 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 stick butter

Cook chicken and set aside. Melt butter and saute onion, celery, pepper and garlic. Add lemon juice, salt, curry powder, ginger and chili powder. Mix well then remove from heat. Add sour cream and mix well. Put chicken in casserole dish and pour sauce over it. Heat in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.

I serve this over Rice with 8 different condiments in small bowls around it. 1) Raisins 5) Chopped Green Onions 2) Grated Egg White 6) Major Grey Chutney 3) Grated Egg Yolk 7) Crumbled Bacon 4) Peanuts 8) Coconut

Excellent with a platter of fresh fruits in season.
